Conference Proceedings Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

Eligibility:

Submissions must be original, unpublished work that aligns with the scope of the conference.

Manuscripts that have been previously published or are under consideration elsewhere will not be accepted.

Submission Requirements:

All submissions should adhere to the formatting guidelines provided by the conference organizers.

Papers must be submitted in PDF format through the designated submission system.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submission complies with ethical standards and does not contain plagiarism.

Review Process:

Each submission will undergo a rigorous single-blind peer-review process.

The review process is designed to evaluate the originality, significance, and technical quality of the work.

Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection within the timeline specified by the conference.

Acceptance and Registration:

Papers accepted for presentation must be registered by at least one author.

Authors of accepted papers must also attend the conference and present their work.

Publication:

Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings (RSYN Proceedings) and indexed in Google Scholar & Other databases.

Authors will be required to transfer copyright to the conference organizers or their publishing partners.

Authors must ensure their work adheres to professional standards and avoids any violations of ethical guidelines.

Any misconduct detected during review or after publication may lead to retraction of the paper.

Oral Poster Presentation
1. Valid for participants who presented their poster virtually.
2. A video recording file (recorded during presentation or created using power point's recording facilty) must be submitted through google drive.
